We always wish for our clients to be happy with their purchase. However if upon receiving your item you are not satisfied, then you are more than welcome to return your item. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email: enquiries@twentysixtyone.com letting us know you wish to send back your item and we will issue you with a returns code and return address.

All stock is limited and all items ordered under the Pre Order section can take anything from 2-4 weeks to deliver. If you buy both in-stock and pre-ordered items, the delivery of in-stock items will be delayed until your pre-orders are ready unless you message to request otherwise. The brands make a limited number of each item so if the product you order then goes out of stock you will be refunded.
